This tutorial was written using Psp photo version X3
But any version of psp will do .

Lets Start

Open a 700x700 canvas
Floodfill with white
This gives you a better idea what your doing.

Open the scrapKit Fairytale
Find frame Cluster2
Resize to width 600 pixels ,smart size.
Apply as new layer.

Back to white base layer ,open a paper that will go well with your tubes
and apply as new layer above white base.
I used paper17.

Open the mask and apply to the paper layer.
Grab your deform tool and pull the mask layer in and up slightly.
so it looks kinda like mine ..



Frame layer ,apply magic wand to center of frame
on left side.
Tolerance set at 20 .
Selections,Modify,Expand by 4.

Copy,Paste tube as new layer into space in frame .
Once happy,invert and hit delete on keyboard.
Select none.
Do this also for the right hand side frame.
Once happy with both change the layer properties to overlay.

With the middle frame
Selection tool and select the center of the frame also half the edge to save having to expand.
Selections,invert,delete,select none.
Change this layers properties to multiply.

Go mask layer ,selections,float ,deafloat.
so active .
In the elements find the diamond rain and apply as a new layer above the active mask layer .
Select,invert ,delete on keyboard .
If there is any of the rain you want removing just delete off the layer .

Open the green cluster3 ,resize to 80%.
Rotate right and apply at base of frames.

Apply the glass pebbles also to one end of frame,Duplicate and move to other end also.
Also resize the butterflies and apply i resized mine to 40%.
Once happy with tag .Apply copyright info and your name .
Font i used is I'm Bored that is free .
