For this tutorial you will need:

PSP
I used PSP X but any version should work
Template 44 by Sara - grab from her blog Sara's Scraps
Scrap Kit of choice - I used Chaos Angels 1st Birthday kit, you can grab from Yarrow's Blog
PSP's own filters

I used the awesome work of Dark Yarrow, who is licensed through my psp tubes, please do not use Yarrow's work unless you have a license to do so

LETS START

Open Template # 44
Delete copyright layer
Go image ,rotate right .

Go to base rectangle1 layer ,
Go image ,canvas size and change to width 600,
height 500.
Gives you more room to play.

Base black rectangle ,keep black
Go to effects,Textures,weave.
Choose a colour from your tube ,
with following settings:




Open the chaos angels kit
Choose a paper to compliment your tube .
I'm using YW_Paper05
Copy/paste as a new layer above rectangle 2 on template.
Magic wand ,tolerance 20 ,click inside rectangle 2
Go paper layer ,select,invert,Hit delete on keyboard.
Apply drop shadow to this .

Go to thin rectangle 1 and do the same as above this another paper
i used YW_Paper6
Also apply to rectangle 2 thin with same paper as above .

Once happy go effects,Artistic Effect,Coloured Foil.
With these settings:




Apply to both paper layers on thin rectangles.

Go Frame background .
Either apply paper or solid colour ,i used solid black
Copy/paste your tube as a new layer above frame background.

Once happy apply magic wand to the frame layer ,go to tube/image layer.
Selections,invert,hit delete on keyboard.
Reduce opacity of image /tube i reduced mine to 50%

Now go to frame edge and apply magic wand ,
Apply the same paper you used on the foil layers before.
Do the same as the thin rectangles,
And apply foil to paper edge,the foil will only work if a paper is applied.
So it can get the effect.

Once happy apply drop shadow to the frame edge.

Hide the top frame layers so you only have the rectangles showing
see mine :




Merge the rectangle layers visable
and Duplicate .

On the original /not the duplicate
Apply Gaussian Blur_Radius 25%

Go Effects,Distortion effect,
Twirl,do the twirl all the way to 720%
Go Adjust,Add/remove Noise,add Noise with these settings:




ReOpen the top frame layers

Open the elements in the Chaos Kit
Grab YW_Chain
Resize to 80%
Apply to bottom colour foil layer and top
See mine for referance .
Apply drop shadow.

Apply whatever other elements you wish to go with your tag.
Merge Layers Visable
Re-size if you want now
Apply copyright info.
And your name .
Save as PNG .
