For this tutorial im using psp version x3 photo
but any version will do...
Artist work im using is MykaJelina
If you wish to use the same artist pls buy her work and a license from CILM
You'll need at least 3 tubes or 2 images and 1 tube .

Includes;Masks and Belt.
You'll need penta.com -jeans plugin and penta dots and crosses plugin.

Open a 600x600 canvas,floodfill white
gives you a better idea on what your doing..
Open the 2 images of choice ,if tubes merge so they look like a flattered image
go adjust,sharpen,do this with to both images..

Have mask 20% handy ,and go on one of your images,we want to do both images
so go layers,new mask layer
Find mask 20%,make sure your invert mask data is unchecked
go layers....Merge group..
Do this with the other image so you have both with faded sides..

Grab one of your images and place as a new layeron your white base layer.
and move to your liking.
Do the same with the other image ,and move close to that image ,and you are happy with the way they look,you can even play with the opacity on each layer till happy.

Hide your white base layer..and merge these layers visable.
Unhide base layer again..
Go to your merged layer,go effects find the penta.com-jeans and use these settings..





Then penta dots and crosses with these settings:




Now open your mask 1374 and go layers
mask,new mask layer from image and find mask 1374
make sure this one is checked and click ok...Layers Merge Group..
Resize this to 90%,make sure the all layers is unticked ...
Move your image up slightly..

Now get your belt and paste as a new layer
now you want to erase the ends of the belt,go to your eraser
Settings...size 63....hardness 20....step 10.....density 96.... thickness 100 and opacity 100
and Erase the edges ,so it contrasts with the image layer..
Apply dropshadow of choice...
Open your tube and apply as top Layer apply drop shadow to this also resize if needed ..

Merge these 3 layers visable (make sure base is hidden again) ..add text of choice i used
a thick heavy text and applied noise and gradient glow to edges...
Crop image at this stage if you wish...
Place all the correct copyright information for your artist
Add your own watermark,delete white base ..and save as PNG ...Thats it!
