TOTAL CHAOS
This tutorial
was written using Psp photo version X2
But any version of psp will do .
I'm using the

My Supplies

Also you'll

Tube of choice
Scrap Kit
Phantasmagoria - Collab
Purchase from

Mask from

LETS START
Open a 700x700 canvas
Floodfill with white
This gives you a better idea what your doing
Open the collab and yarrow's File
Find Paper 09
Open and recolour to a colour from your tube .
Paste as a new layer over the white background .
Open yarrows folder again and apply Frame2 over the paper layer .
Grab Selection Tool and go over frame like so ..
Selections, Invert Hit delete on keyboard and the paper should be left within the frame .
Selections again ,select none..
Back to white base apply another paper .
and recolour same as above ..or another colour from tube .
Apply the Total chaos Text I supplied .,Hide all the other layers .
Merge both these layers together..
Once merged ,apply the mask WSL_220
Source Iuminance Marked..
Apply Noise to this ,Adjust, Add Noise and apply these settings .
Open the kit again and go to Chaos Priestess Part
Open Metal Heart Resize by 50%
Place at bottom .
Open Foliage 01,resize by 20%
Recolour to go with image .Place on left side of frame
Rotate so it looks correct onside of frame .
Erase the top of the ivy and the base so its just over the frame
Apply drop shadow and Duplicate.
Go image, Mirror.
Open Flower 04 (rose)
Resize by 60% ,Recolour and place as new top layer
Place same as mine around the bottom metal Heart .
Apply drop shadow to these.
Place your tube between the frame layer and the Roses..
Apply drop shadow to tube, I use loka's 3D.
Apply copyright info and Your Name .
Font I used is GypsySwitchJF (Payfont)
Merge layers Visible and save as Either JPEG or PNG .
Below is another I did in a different colour ect....
